ARM AND LEG AESTHETICS: SAGGING AND STRETCHING

• Hospitalization The patient is usually observed in the hospital for 1-2 days and then discharged.

• Return to Work: You can return to work within 7-10 days. However, it is recommended to use a suitable corset for one month.

• Exercise and Stretching: Heavy exercises should be avoided during the first month and the arms and legs should not be overstretched.

• Full Recovery: It may take 6 months to 1 year for all swelling to disappear and the desired results to be achieved.
